Level I/II tech (WFH)

We are looking for a Level II Support Technician with experience in ConnectWise PSA, ConnectWise Automate, Microsoft 365, desktop support, Azure, AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop), firewalls, Avanan, and SentinelOne. The ideal candidate will be adept at providing comprehensive technical support, implementing IT solutions, and maintaining the security and performance of our clients’ systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level I/II technical support for a wide range of IT issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Utilize ConnectWise PSA and ConnectWise Automate for ticket management, remote monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Support and manage Microsoft 365 environments, including user administration, troubleshooting, and migrations.

Provide desktop support for Windows and Mac OS, including hardware and software troubleshooting.

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Azure environments and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).

Implement and manage firewall solutions to ensure robust network security.

Deploy and maintain Avanan security solutions for email and collaboration tools.

Utilize SentinelOne for endpoint protection, monitoring, and threat response.

Document all support activities, solutions, and changes in ConnectWise.

Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve service delivery.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Level I/II support role within an MSP or similar environment.

Experience providing outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person in a technical support role.

Proficiency with ConnectWise PSA and ConnectWise Automate.

Strong experience with Microsoft 365, including administration and support.

Solid experience in desktop support for both Windows and Mac OS.

Hands-on experience with Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).

Knowledge of firewall configuration and management.

Familiarity with Avanan email security solutions.

Experience with SentinelOne endpoint protection.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, SentinelOne) are a plus.
