Hello — thank you for taking the time to review our job posting.
==========
ABOUT US
==========
We’re currently in search of a full-time Java + JavaScript developer to take complete ownership of integrations and low-code robotic process automation (RPA) for helping us streamline and automate as much of our marketing, sales, and operations across all companies and regions.
We’re in the process of setting up HubSpot (Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Service, & Operations Hubs) as our single source of truth (SSOT). We’d also like to integrate all phone calls and SMS/MMS messaging with our HubSpot contact records and inboxes, with regional phone numbers for each major city we’re in. Finally, we would like to integrate an RPA solution, such as Robomotion, for platforms that contain important data but we’re unable to connect to due to limited API access.
We’re a large pool repair and cleaning company across Texas, USA (headquartered in Austin) that’s on the cutting edge of our industry, and one of the fastest-growing companies in our industry within the United States.
Our Mission:
——————
Our mission is to set new standards in pool service, consistency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
We tackle every job — big or small, one-time or ongoing — with the mindset that we need to earn your business at every service appointment, whether it’s appointment #1 or #100.
Our Vision:
——————
We were tired of flaky, inconsistent pool care — so we decided to do something about it.
When we say we’re going to be there, we’ll be there. And our customers can always expect top-notch quality from a team of certified professionals who love what they do and enjoy serving our clients.

ABOUT YOUR MANAGER
==========
Hi there, random stranger on the internet (who hopefully won’t be a stranger for long). My name’s Ian, and I’m looking forward to working together.
If you’re hired for this position, here are my commitments to you:
– I will always set you up for success to the best of my ability.
– If something doesn’t go according to plan, I’ll always reflect on my contributions to that failure before blaming any team member.
Other things you should know about me and my management style:
– If you have questions or need support, I expect you to reach out so that I can help you.
– I don’t have dev experience, but I will always get you access to the resources/support/training you need.
– I genuinely cherish my relationships with my team members and work hard to retain honest, hardworking people as long as I
possibly can (typically at least 2-3 years for rockstars).
– The only thing that I can’t work with in a work environment is dishonesty. Anything else can be learned with the right team member.
– I have high standards, but I will always communicate them to you clearly and do everything I can to set you up for success.
– I genuinely do everything I can to be the boss/manager I never had. You’re a human with a life and loved ones, not a robot. Managers should always keep that top of mind.
– I’m always here for you when you need me!
