We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Job Application Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and has a strong understanding of various job application processes across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:
– Apply to 20-50 job postings daily across various job boards and company websites. This job must be fully remote in EMR/EHR/ Healthcare IT field
– Customize and fine-tune resumes and cover letters to align with specific job requirements.
– Conduct thorough research on job descriptions to ensure applications meet the required criteria.
– Engage with recruiters and hiring managers on platforms such as LinkedIn by copying their profiles and using AI tools to generate personality assessments.
– Develop and use prompts to create engaging talking points and buzzwords that capture the interest of recruiters and hiring managers.
– Track and manage all job applications, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses.
– Maintain detailed records of job applications, responses, and outcomes.
– Provide regular updates and reports on application status and performance.
– Earn performance bonuses for securing interviews and achieving exceptional results
-perform other task as needed in job if job is secured.

Qualifications:
– experience in job application processes and resume optimization.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficient in using job boards, LinkedIn, indeed and other job search platforms.
– Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for generating personality assessments and custom prompts.
– Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet daily application targets.
– Attention to detail and ability to adapt resumes and cover letters to different job requirements.
