We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Social Media Manager / Content Creator with a strong background in marketing, writing, and sales funnels. You will play a key role in managing and enhancing our social media presence, engaging our audience, and driving brand growth across various platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:

Audience Engagement:

-Engage our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
-Content Creation: Write, schedule, and approve content for multiple platforms, ensuring it aligns with our brand values.
-Strategy Development: Develop and implement campaigns and strategies to increase followers and brand exposure.
-Analysis: Review engagement data and leverage SEO to optimize content.
-Communication: Interact with users, respond to comments, and collaborate effectively within the team.
-Research: Identify and create visually appealing and relevant designs for posts.
-ROI Measurement: Set measurable goals and track performance across all relevant channels.
-Outreach Marketing: Build relationships with influencers, companies, and brands to enhance our visibility.
-Blogging: Create blogs and articles that drive sales and increase visibility.

Required Skills:

-Proficient in scheduling posts automatically and understanding social media algorithms.
-Strong leadership qualities and teamwork skills.
-Ability to create and maintain brand promotions and marketing campaigns across various platforms.
-Experience in writing blogs, articles, and creating sales funnels.
-Proficiency in video and photo editing using tools like CapCut and Lightroom.
-Creativity in designing posts using Canva.
-Knowledge of Google tools, including ads and reviews.
-Capability to monitor competitors and research new marketing skills independently.
-Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Creative mindset with a keen attention to detail.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar position.
Extensive knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
