Job description:
We are looking for a competent Outbound Call Agent to contact Cleaning Professionals and convince them to accept a cleaning job request from Homeaglow Clients. Your role will help sustain and exceed business growth and profitability by maximising the lifetime value of both our Customers and Cleaning Professionals.
Responsibilities:
Contact qualified and available Cleaning Professionals to accept cleaning requests
Connect with Customers to validate preferences if necessary
Assist Cleaning Professionals and Customers with basic account and service-related concerns
Keep a detailed log of calls and call outcomes, including those which were not answered
Report possible system bugs and submit process improvement ideas to help boost the team’s productivity.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Customer Service Agent
Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette
A professional and courteous disposition
Persuasive and results-oriented
Preferred but not required: Outbound Sales Experience
Others:
Willingness to work
5 days x 9 hours per week (45 hour work-week)
during day, mid or graveyard shift, Holidays and rotating rest days
Comfortable working in a fast-paced tech startup environment
Equipment:
Fast internet (at least 15 Mbps upload and download speed)
Processor: i5 or equivalent
RAM: min. 6GB
You will be required to have a second monitor (min of 24’ at 1920×1080 resolution) within 30 days from start date
What to expect (pay and training):
Base pay of Php 44,500.00
Training: 1 week process and policy training
Probationary period: 4 weeks
Upon Confirmation: Base pay plus incentives based on individual performance
