### Job Description:

I am seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join my team as a Job Lead Applicant and Discovery Call Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying to job leads on behalf of my company and conducting discovery calls with potential clients. This role requires a non-compete agreement to ensure the confidentiality and exclusivity of our business relationships.

### Responsibilities:

– Apply to job leads and submit applications on behalf of our company.
– Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to assess their needs and determine if our services are a good fit.
– Maintain a database of job leads and potential clients, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded and regularly updated.
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for maximizing the conversion of job leads into clients.
– Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all job lead applications and discovery calls are aligned with our brand and messaging.
– Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions with potential clients.
– Ensure all job lead applications and discovery calls are conducted in accordance with our non-compete agreement.
– Report regularly to the sales and marketing teams on the status of job leads and potential clients.

### Requirements:

– 2-3 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer service role, with a preference for candidates with experience in applying to job leads and conducting discovery calls.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software and databases.
– Experience with job boards, job search websites, and social media platforms for finding and applying to job leads.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
– Knowledge of standard software tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
– Experience with non-compete agreements and the ability to adhere to their terms.

### Preferred Skills:

– Experience with tools and software for scheduling, project management, and communication, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.
– Familiarity with creating and managing social media accounts and campaigns.
– Ability to create and edit graphics, logos, flyers, and other visual materials.
– Experience with cloud-based team communication tools like Google Docs and Skype.
