Job Description

Are you a talented communicator with a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships? We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters (Outbound Sales). As an integral part of our sales force, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our business forward.

Position:Appointment Setter (Outbound Sales)
Type: Part-time (20hrs /week)
Compensation:$7 – $10 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Role and Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound calls to potential clients with the aim of scheduling appointments for our sales team.
– Engage prospects in meaningful conversations, showcasing the value of our products/services.
– Maintain a clear and concise script while adapting to the needs and preferences of each prospect.
– Consistently achieve and exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for call volume, appointment setting, and lead generation.
– Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments scheduled in our CRM system.

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in outbound sales or appointment setting preferred but not required.
– Exceptional verbal communication skills with a perfect 10-level command of the English language and an American accent.
– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by achieving and surpassing targets.
– Excellent active listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
