The Role
Working for a local recruitment agency in the Philippines, servicing a major Australian client daily, this position involves managing the relationship between both companies and building a high-performance team.

Responsibilities:
• Lead all aspects of business operations and financial performance, including budgeting and performance optimization.
• Report directly to EXECOM, delivering regular reports and providing strategic market insights.
• Enhance team effectiveness through recruitment, training, goal-setting, issue resolution, and policy adherence.
• Foster client relationships and monitor performance to meet KPIs and targets.
• Define and execute strategies to achieve organizational goals, align tasks, and enhance employee value through competitive compensation, development, diversity, and a supportive culture.
• Cultivate trust with stakeholders, ensuring responsive client communication, commitment delivery, performance standards, and client satisfaction assessment.
• Assess, manage, and resolve challenging developments and situations.

Skills and Experience – Must-Haves:
• Strong operations background.
• Experience in a time-sensitive environment.
• Experience working abroad
• Previous interaction with overseas companies (USA or Australia).
• Proficiency in process improvement.
• Demonstrated authority and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record in GM and operations roles.
• Effective leadership, motivation, and accountability.
