As a Social Media Manager and Creative Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative, building connections, and driving engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Social Media Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand identity and business goals.
Monitor industry trends, analyze audience behavior, and refine strategies to ensure maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.
Manage content calendars, scheduling, and coordinate cross-platform campaigns for optimal impact.
2. Compelling Content Creation Brainstorming Ideas:
Drive the ideation, creation, and curation of high-quality, visually stunning, and emotionally resonant content.
We’re looking for someone that’s creative and able to come up with great YouTube video Ideas for our channel.
Craft compelling captions, stories, and posts that convey our brand’s voice and message effectively.
3. Community Engagement:
Foster genuine connections with our audience by actively engaging with comments, messages, and user-generated content.
Initiate and manage meaningful conversations that reflect our brand’s values and encourage community participation.
4. Innovative Branding and Design:
Lead the creative direction by conceptualizing fresh and captivating visual themes that elevate our brand’s aesthetic.
Oversee the development of graphic assets, videos, and other multimedia content to maintain a consistent visual identity.
5. Analytics and Optimization:
Regularly monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and generate reports to track growth and effectiveness of strategies.
Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement, and refine content strategies.
6. Virtual Assistant
Be able and willing to do virtual assistant work if ever needed
Qualifications:
The willingness to learn and thrive in being a successful social media manager and Creative director, must know K-pop and be natural fan.
Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and design software like lightroom and photoshop.
Exceptional creativity, with an eye for aesthetics, trends, and emerging platforms.
Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, engaging manner.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A strategic mindset, coupled with a passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving landscape of social media.
