Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Engage directly with potential clients, utilizing a scripted approach to ask insightful questions that qualify and understand their needs.
Data Entry: Record client responses accurately into our system with an acute attention to detail.
Sales and Customer Service: Leverage your previous sales and customer service experience, adapting your communication style to cater to our primarily senior citizen clientele. Patience and clear English are essential.
Call Disposition: Fully document calls and manage follow-up schedules efficiently.
Customer Experience: Prioritize exceptional customer service throughout the entire call and sales process, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our clients.
Documentation and Scheduling: Follow SOPs to create specialized documents for clients and schedule appointments for senior representatives.
Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, 5 days a week, with potential for overtime. A minimum commitment of 40 hours per week is required.
Compensation: Starting pay is $2.50 per hour USD, with potential for an increase based on experience and speech clarity.
Training and Growth: The first 30 days will involve comprehensive training, allowing you to grasp the intricacies of the position and showcase your ability to manage a book of clientele.

Qualifications:
Clear and articulate English-speaking skills.
Previous sales/customer service experience, especially with senior citizens.
Proficiency in data entry and following SOPs.
Ability to manage a book of clientele and show initiative.
