**Job Description:**
As a Job Placement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping candidates find suitable employment opportunities. You will be responsible for researching / sourcing / finding potential roles, curating a list, and applying for the jobs that have been approved by the candidate.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Candidate Assessment:**
– Conduct interviews and assess the qualifications, skills, and career goals of job seekers.
– Review resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
2. **Job Sourcing and Research:**
– Actively research and source potential job opportunities from various job boards, company websites, and industry-specific resources.
– Curate a list of suitable job openings that align with candidates’ qualifications and preferences.
3. **Job Application and Submission:**
– Assist candidates in the job application process by preparing and submitting applications on their behalf.
– Ensure that all submitted applications meet the candidate’s approval and align with their career objectives.
5. **Job Search Assistance:**
– Provide job seekers with guidance on effective job search strategies, including resume writing, interview preparation, and networking.
– Offer career counseling and advice to help candidates achieve their professional goals.
6. **Placement Support:**
– Facilitate the entire application process, from application submission to interview scheduling.
– Maintain records of candidate placements and follow up with both job seekers and employers for feedback.
7. **Data Management:**
– Maintain an organized database of job seekers, job openings, and employer contacts.
– Generate reports and statistics on job placements and outcomes.
8. **Compliance:**
– Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the placement process.

**Qualifications:**
