The Role:
We are seeking a Dynamic Virtual Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Key Responsibilities:
-Email Inbox Management: Efficiently manage and organize email correspondence to ensure timely responses.
Support Ticket Resolution: Address and resolve inquiries and issues from our investors and students, providing top-notch service.
-Digital Marketing Support: Assist in setting up marketing funnels, automation, and campaigns using tools such as ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign CRM, , MailChimp, Oncehub, Zoom, and potentially GHL.
-Social Media Posting: Assist in posting social media content on various platforms and tracking the posts’ KPIs.
-Learning and Development: Engage in continuous learning with courses on email deliverability, ClickFunnels certification, and more – all sponsored by us to enhance your skills and career.
Ideal Candidate:
-Is highly adaptable and enjoys a dynamic work setting where no two days are alike.
-Has a strong desire to grow and take on new challenges.
-Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Has experience or a strong interest in digital marketing and CRM tools.
