Hello! We’re NorthOne (), a venture backed tech company that’s building a business bank account for small business owners. We’re looking for a part time (20 hours a week) Virtual Assistant to work with our marketing team to assist with the following tasks:
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Reporting
– Pull daily & weekly marketing data from various sources – advertising platforms like Facebook and Google, internal data sources like Looker and Mixpanel – into a shared google sheet.
Business Development
– Influencer & partner marketing – identify lists of the top influencers in specific business verticals (e.g. the top Youtubers for construction workers). Reach out to those influencers and schedule calls with internal stakeholders. You will be provided with examples of ideal influencers, research tools and video recordings of the process being done end to end.
Miscellaneous Executive Assistant Tasks
– Handle miscellaneous personal tasks such as email management, submitting expenses, and booking activities.
Working Arrangement
– Tasks will be organized in Airtable using a Kanban format.
– Communication will be primarily asynchronous through Slack and Loom.
– Flexible hours (not EST), with an emphasis on working a set amount of hours per week.
– Instructional support will be provided through Loom video + screen recordings.
– Regular check-ins and feedback loops for larger tasks to ensure alignment and correct execution.
