As a Capital Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in our multifamily real estate deals. Your primary responsibility will be to raise capital from potential investors to fund our projects. You will build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.

*Responsibilities:**

Identify and target potential investors to raise capital for multifamily real estate deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, providing them with information and updates about investment opportunities.

Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase our investment offerings and address investor inquiries.

Collaborate with the investment team to develop investment strategies and tailor offerings to meet investor needs.

Negotiate and close investment deals, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.

Monitor and track investor commitments, payments, and distributions.

Provide exceptional customer service to investors, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

*Qualifications:**

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate or financial industry.

Strong understanding of multifamily real estate investments and capital raising processes.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of individuals, including high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
