**Responsibilities:**
1. **Job Search and Application:**
– Conduct comprehensive research to identify job opportunities that match the client’s qualifications and preferences.
– Prepare and customize resumes and cover letters for each job application.
– Submit job applications on behalf of the client and track the status of each application.
– Maintain a detailed log of all applications, including follow-up actions and deadlines.
2. **Networking and Outreach:**
– Identify and connect with industry professionals and potential employers on platforms like LinkedIn.
– Draft and send networking emails and messages to expand the client’s professional network.
– Schedule and coordinate informational interviews or networking meetings.
3. **Interview Preparation:**
– Schedule and coordinate job interviews.
– Assist with interview preparation, including researching potential employers and practicing interview questions.
– Provide feedback and tips on improving interview performance.
4. **Social Media and Online Presence:**
– Enhance the client’s professional online presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
– Create and manage social media posts related to the client’s professional interests and job search activities.
5. **Administrative Support:**
– Organize and manage job search documents, including resumes, cover letters, and job descriptions.
– Set up and manage email templates for job applications and follow-ups.
– Handle any additional administrative tasks related to the job search process.
6. **Travel Arrangements:**
– Research and book travel accommodations for job interviews or relocation purposes.
– Plan and organize travel itineraries as needed.
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, particularly in job placement or career services.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong research and organizational skills.
– Proficiency in using job search platforms, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
– High level of discretion and professionalism.
– Tech-savvy with proficiency in using online tools and software for remote work.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
