I am seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to support my job search within the financial industry. You will be responsible for identifying relevant job openings, compiling company information, and tailoring my resume and cover letters to fit specific positions. Responsibilities:
Create a smooth workstream from Job Search, Job Targeting to Application Support. Details as followed:
• Job Search:
o Conduct comprehensive searches on major job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, eFinancials, Monster, etc.) and company websites across the following target industries:
– Single Manager Hedge Fund (Equity Long/Short) with AUM > $1BN
– Private Equity (Investment vertical: generic or Healthcare focused)
– Venture Capital
– Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) in big corporates, especially in the healthcare industry
o Focus on positions aligning with my career goals, including:
– Public market investor
– Private market investor (Private Equity, Venture Capital)
– FP&A associate
o Prioritize jobs requiring or benefiting from an MBA qualification.
o The list of job searching websites that can use include, in no particular order:
1) Linkedin
2) Indeed
3) Monster
4) Career Builder
5) Glassdoor
6) The Muse

• Job Targeting:
o Review and analyse job descriptions, identifying key requirements and responsibilities.
o Compile a list of target companies, outlining their relevant business lines and open positions.
o Research and identify hiring managers for each targeted role.
• Application Support:
o Tailor my resume and cover letter to each specific job description, ensuring strong alignment with qualifications and experience.
o Proofread and edit application materials for clarity and accuracy.
o Assist with online application submission processes as needed. You will NOT submit any application without my prior approval.

Compensation & Schedule:
This is a flexible, remote position offering competitive hourly rates based on experience. I am open to part-time (20 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week) arrangements. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) hours, either during traditional business hours or with flexible scheduling.
