We are seeking an Job Submission Level 1 Specialist to join our team and manage and submit job applications on behalf of our client. This critical role is suited for someone with a background in human resources or talent acquisitions, who is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in navigating job search platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
Key Responsibilities:
– Accurately prepare and submit job applications according to client specifications and job requirements, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
– Use LinkedIn for networking purposes, connecting with and messaging recruiters to increase visibility and opportunities.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client qualifications and employment histories.
– Coordinate effectively with hiring managers and recruitment teams to ensure smooth application processes and address any inquiries.
– Monitor application statuses and emails and provide regular updates to the client on interviews and communications with the hiring deprtment.
– Ensure all application documents are stored securely and organized efficiently.
– Assist the client in preparing for interviews, providing insights into company cultures and interview strategies.
Qualifications:
– Exceptional communication skills with a strict attention to detail.
– Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong capability to use technologies like Grammarly and ChatGPT to ensure accuracy.
– Prior experience in human resources, talent acquisitions, or a related field.
– Demonstrated expertise in navigating job search platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed for job searching and recruiter engagement.
– Independent worker with proactive problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
– Hourly wage of $3.50.
– Bonus of $200 USD for securing 10 first-round interviews within one month.
– Additional bonus of $500 USD if employment is secured before the end of June 2024.
– Potential to transition to full-time and increased hourly wage employment upon client’s hiring.
