?Your role as an appointment setter?
As the Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant, you’re not just making calls – you’re an essential part of a transformative journey. Your goal? Generate 10+ qualified leads per week for our sales team. Understand our business, communicate with flair, and follow up with leads in a way that’s all about value, not the hard sell. ?Key responsibilities?
? Managing property listings.
? Coordinating property maintenance.
? Conducting tenant screenings, lease agreements and financial records.
? Maintaining strong communication with property owners and tenants.
? Assisting in property inspections and overseeing move-in/move-out processes.
? Providing administrative support for property-related documentation.
