Job Description:

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a talented and experienced Ad Creative Designer to join our team as a contractor. As an Ad Creative Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and effective ad creatives for our clients across various digital platforms, including social media, display advertising, and email marketing.

Responsibilities:

– Work closely with our team to understand client objectives and develop creative concepts for ad campaigns.
– Create ad creatives that align with client brand guidelines and effectively communicate their message to target audiences.
– Design static and animated ads, including display ads, social media ads, email marketing campaigns, and other digital advertising formats.
– Ensure that all ad creatives are visually engaging and optimized for performance.
– Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

– At least 2 years of experience in ad creative design.
– Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
– Experience with designing for various digital advertising formats, including display ads, social media ads, and email marketing campaigns.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
– A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and technical proficiency in ad creative design. The portfolio should include examples of ad creatives you have designed and their corresponding results, as well as any relevant design work.

This is a remote, contract-based position with the potential for ongoing work for the right candidate. The portfolio is a critical component of this role, and we will give significant weight to candidates who can demonstrate their ability to create visually compelling and effective ad creatives.
