Work Schedule:
The Digital Media Coordinator is expected to be available Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Standard Time.
About the Role:
As our Digital Media Coordinator, you will be a pivotal figure in connecting our media buying team with our clients, with a primary focus on Facebook advertising. Your role is essential in managing the media team, developing advertising strategies, and maintaining client relationships. This position requires a balanced skill set in team leadership, strategic planning, and exceptional client management.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the media buying team, focusing on the effective execution of Facebook ad campaigns.
– Work collaboratively with the team to build and refine advertising strategies that meet client goals.
– Oversee 10–15 client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
– Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing communications, expectations, and relationships.
– Guide strategic planning for client campaigns, including goal setting, targeting, and budget management.
– Analyze campaign data to provide insights and recommendations to clients and the team.
– Continuously improve campaign performance through optimization and innovative approaches.
– detailed reports to clients, outlining campaign results and strategic advice.
– Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising and digital media.
– Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss client projects, team performance, and strategy.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in Facebook advertising and digital media buying.
– Proven track record in team management and leadership within a digital marketing or media buying environment.
– Exceptional customer service skills and experience in maintaining strong client relationships.
– Fluency in English, both in speaking and writing, with strong communication and presentation skills.
– Analytical and strategic mindset, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
– Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, with effective prioritization and time management skills.
– Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms relevant to Facebook advertising.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (preferred).
