We are seeking a talented individual to take charge of launching and managing our ecommerce store, driving traffic to the website, and maximizing sales through strategic digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of ecommerce expertise, proficiency in website management, and a proven track record in creating effective advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Store Development and Management:
Design, develop, and launch our ecommerce store using platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
Manage day-to-day operations of the online store, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
Continuously optimize the website for performance, user experience, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) through A/B testing and data analysis.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and boost sales.
Conduct market research to identify target audience segments, key competitors, and emerging trends to inform marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital strategies with broader marketing objectives and brand messaging.
Paid Advertising Campaigns:
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels.
Develop compelling ad copy, graphics, and videos to effectively communicate brand messaging and drive engagement.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and achieve KPIs.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Implement SEO best practices to improve the website’s visibility and ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs).
Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to enhance organic search performance.
Stay updated on algorithm changes and industry trends to adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
Product Research and Selection:
Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify high-demand, trending products with strong potential for success in the ecommerce market.
Utilize tools and resources to analyze product metrics, competition, and customer demand to inform product selection decisions.
Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source and evaluate potential products based on quality, price, and market fit.
Continuously monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities for product expansion.

Record yourself showing the following
2. Send me a screen recording of you creating a website for a winning product in real time.
3. Show me how you will also drive traffic to that website in the recording
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (X years) in ecommerce store management and digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
Proficiency in ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinker with a passion for staying abreast of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
