Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Facebook Ads Assistant to assist with the management and reporting of our Facebook ad campaigns. This part-time contractor role involves working with multiple ad accounts, implementing new ad campaigns, updating ad copy, uploading new videos and images, and providing detailed reports on campaign performance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of Facebook Ads best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement new ad campaigns on the Facebook Ads platform.
Update ad copy, images, and videos as needed.
Monitor and manage multiple Facebook ad accounts.
Generate detailed reports by campaign, ad asset, and ad copy.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize ad strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Facebook Ads trends and best practices.
Provide initial training, access, and instructions for managing the Facebook account.
Participate in screen shares and regular check-ins to review campaign performance and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain a change log to track updates and modifications to ad campaigns.
Utilize third-party tracking tools (e.g., Northbeam) for performance analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
Proven experience with the Facebook Ads platform.
Experience with Ecommerce brands/accounts
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet software for reporting.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in digital marketing and advertising is a plus.
Experience with third-party tracking systems like Northbeam or similar tools is preferred.
Familiarity with Google Drive for asset management.
Ability to work in the Pacific Time Zone to align with team hours.

Additional Notes:
The Facebook Ads Assistant will initially receive training and guidance but is expected to gradually take on more responsibility and make independent decisions.
The role requires regular interaction with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure campaign success.
Experience with physical products and e-commerce is beneficial but not mandatory.
