Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Amazon FBA business by conducting product research using the wholesale method. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for identifying profitable products from various wholesale sources for potential resale on the Amazon platform. Your primary focus will be on researching and sourcing high-demand products that align with our business objectives. This is a remote, part-time position with flexible working hours.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive product research using various online tools, databases, and resources to identify potential wholesale products for our Amazon FBA business.
Analyze market trends, competitor data, and customer demand to identify profitable opportunities.
Research and evaluate wholesale suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers to source products at competitive prices.
Utilize Amazon’s sales rank, review metrics, and historical data to assess the sales potential and profitability of identified products.
Create detailed reports and summaries of researched products, including pricing, sales rank, competition analysis, and potential profit margins.
Maintain accurate and organized records of product research findings, supplier information, and other relevant data.
Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and explore potential product niches and strategies.
Stay updated with Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices related to product sourcing and listing.
Qualifications:
Previous experience with product research for Amazon FBA, particularly using the wholesale method, is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to identify profitable product opportunities.
Familiarity with Amazon’s seller tools and resources, such as Amazon Seller Central and Keepa, is preferred.
Proficient in using online research tools and databases to gather product information and market data.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately compile and present research findings.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey research findings and collaborate with team members.
Familiarity with the Amazon FBA process and understanding of marketplace dynamics is a plus.
Knowledge of wholesale sourcing strategies and familiarity with wholesale directories is an advantage.
