Job Description:
As our Project Manager, you will work closely with the CEO, acting as the pivotal point for project initiation, planning, execution, and closure. Your primary role will be to maintain project momentum, instill a culture of accountability, and foster creativity to enhance project outcomes. You will be instrumental in building and refining project management systems, enabling efficient tracking and reporting of project statuses.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Serve as the driving force for various projects, ensuring they progress according to plan and are completed on time and within budget.
Strategic Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, to meet company objectives.
Team Coordination: Create structure within teams and processes, ensuring all team members are clear on their responsibilities and deadlines.
Creative Oversight: Encourage and integrate creative solutions and innovations into projects to enhance quality and outcomes.
Reporting and Communication: Maintain direct communication with the CEO, providing regular status reports, insights, and updates on project developments.
System Implementation: Design and implement effective project management systems and tools for tracking, reporting, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential issues and bottlenecks within projects and develop strategies to address them promptly.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital marketing, SaaS, or related fields.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Creative thinking with a keen eye for improving project processes and outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
