Key Responsibilities:

Property Research:
Dive deep into research on available properties in highly sought-after cities, including Florida, Texas, Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Philadelphia.
Evaluate properties against our stringent short-term rental criteria.
Property Acquisition:
Spearhead negotiations with property owners and managers, collecting crucial property details and contact information.
Oversee the seamless acquisition of new properties for our portfolio.
Listing Management:
Keep a meticulously organized Excel spreadsheet containing property listings and contacts.
Continuously update the spreadsheet with new listings and pertinent modifications.
Collaborate closely with our team to ensure client rental needs are met and provide alternative property suggestions when required.
Property Management:
Assume the role of a dedicated property manager, overseeing day-to-day operations of our short-term rental units, including Airbnb listings, and other platforms like Vrbo, Click to view, and Expedia.
Ensure properties are well-maintained and promptly address any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
Lead Generation:
Harness your expertise in platforms like Guesty and PriceLabs to generate leads and optimize pricing strategies for maximum profitability.
Actively seek opportunities to expand our short-term rental portfolio by identifying potential properties.
Accounting and Reporting:
Manage all aspects of our company’s accounting, including bill payments and monthly financial reports.
Utilize your Excel proficiency to maintain accurate financial records.
Website Enhancement:
Elevate our company website with your website design skills, ensuring it reflects our brand and effectively showcases our properties and services.
Implement improvements to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
Qualifications:
