Job Title: QA Engineer (Remote)

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the integrity, reliability, and high performance of a diverse range of our projects, spanning across web, API, and mobile (phone and tablet). The successful candidate will have access to various testing devices and will be comfortable working remotely.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated) for web, API, and mobile applications.
2. Collaborate closely with the development team to understand product changes, provide early feedback, and develop comprehensive testing strategies.
3. Identify, log, and track bugs to resolution while keeping detailed documentation.
4. Perform testing on various software, apps, and web applications to ensure consistent performance across different platforms and devices (desktop, mobile).
5. Participate in agile development processes in SDLC, including sprint planning, iterative development, estimations, and design sessions.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure understanding of product vision and to promote effective testing strategies.
7. Stay updated on new testing tools and test strategies, continually improving your testing methodologies.
8. Conduct exploratory testing to evaluate robustness and functionality of products.
**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, with a track record of successful validation and launch of web, API, and mobile applications.
3. Experience with manual testing tools and frameworks
4. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, etc.
5. Experience in working with agile development methodologies.
6. Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline, test automation and DevOps tools will be a plus.
7. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving aptitude.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
9. Candidates should have access to various testing devices for mobile and tablet platforms.
