We are seeking a fluent in English highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Remote Buildium Software Data Entry Bookkeeper and Rent Roll Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, excellent data entry skills, and experience in managing rent rolls and billing cycles. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency. In order to qualify for this position you must have a personality that is easy going, fast to respond, and have very good communication skills. You will be working with the Owner of the buildings directly and will be in communication with him daily.

Non negotiables:
Must have some familiarity with Buildium software or the ability to self learn through video tutorials.
Two weeks of training for this position.
You are not able to do another remote job during the hours you are working this one. Raised and bonuses are based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Data Entry Bookkeeping: Perform accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions into our Buildium software, ensuring all records are up-to-date and reconciled.

Bills Management and Report Logging: Oversee the management of bills, including processing, tracking, and ensuring timely payments. Generate and maintain detailed logs and reports for financial transactions and billing activities per building.

Rent Roll Management: Manage the rent roll, including tracking payments, updating records, and ensuring the accuracy of tenant ledgers. Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies or outstanding issues.

Collection Emails: Send out collection emails and make follow-up messages to tenants for overdue payments, maintaining a professional and courteous approach to encourage timely payments.

Assistance with Updates and Evictions: Assist with the process of updating tenant information and, when necessary, support the eviction process by preparing relevant documentation and correspondence.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in bookkeeping, data entry, and rent roll management.
Proficient in using Buidlium software and other financial management tools.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective tenant interactions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with billing cycles and financial reporting.

Work Arrangement:
This is a remote position, requiring a home office setup with a reliable internet connection.
The role demands a flexible schedule, with the ability to adjust working hours based on the needs of the business and tenant availability. Must be available to communicate via whatsapp during working hours. 7am-4pm – Pacific Standard Time. Non-negotiable.
