Job Title: Remote Customer Service Team Manager

We are in search of an exceptional Remote Customer Service Team Manager to lead and manage our team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). The ideal candidate will act as a champion for customer satisfaction, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional customer service that is not only efficient but also accurate. The manager will embody a customer-oriented focus, demonstrating patience, empathy, and a passion for communicating effectively with both customers and team members.
Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a remote team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service.
• Act as a liaison between the customer service team and other departments to provide accurate product/service information and resolve emerging problems with precision.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships and trust with customer accounts through transparent and engaging communication.
• Foster a conducive environment for team members to freely communicate, ensuring customer feedback is valued and acted upon.
• Oversee the management of a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring customer inquiries are handled efficiently and within set time limits.
• Facilitate the generation of sales leads and meet set sales targets and call-handling quotas.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, ensuring all customer accounts are updated and well-documented.
• Implement effective communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to enhance customer service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within a call center.
• Proficient in the use of CRM systems and practices, with a solid track record of over-achieving quotas.
• Exceptional phone contact handling skills, active listening, and superior English communication and presentation abilities.
• An ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively, demonstrating adaptability to various competing demands.
• College Degree.

Experience Level
• At least 2 years of Lead or Managerial experience in a Call Center.

Job Type
• Full-Time: A dedicated position requiring full engagement during the entire shift. Secondary employment is not permitted.

Shift
• Shifts are Monday to Friday, CST 8am to 6pm (10 Hours Per Day, 1 Hour Lunch).
• Note: This corresponds to 9pm to 7am/8pm to 6am Philippines time, depending on daylight saving changes.
• There may be times when additional working hours are needed to report KPI’s, Document SOPs, etc.

Salary and Benefits
• Salary: 40,000-60,000 PHP Per Month, paid semi-monthly. Bonuses to be determined.
• Paid time off for U.S. holidays.
