We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Remote Appointment Setter to join our rapidly growing web hosting brand. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our outreach efforts, focusing on cold calling potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales account managers. This role is essential in driving our business growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume cold calling to prospective clients.
Engage potential clients in conversations to understand their needs and interest in web hosting services.
Schedule appointments for sales account managers to discuss detailed solutions with prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointment schedules using our CRM system.
Provide regular feedback on outreach efforts and potential improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role involving cold calling or telemarketing.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable and up-to-date laptop and high-speed internet connection to support VoIP calls (Microsoft Teams will be used for communication).
Must provide a screenshot of internet speed from as part of the application process.
Compensation:
Competitive base rate, negotiable depending on experience
Generous Bonus is payable on all closed-won sales from appointments set by you.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Irish Time.
Additional Information:
This is a remote position, applicants must be based in the Philippines.
Training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
