We are seeking a talented professional with extensive experience in managing bookkeeping firms to lead our new Netsuite division. With our largest client transitioning to Netsuite, this presents an exciting opportunity for growth and innovation while continuing to serve our QuickBooks clientele. Moreover, familiarity with Karbon Practice Management Software is crucial, as we aim to optimize our operations and enhance the client service experience through continuity across team members, efficient workflows, and streamlined processes.

Position: Bookkeeping Firm Manager (Netsuite Division)

Responsibilities:

Spearhead the establishment and growth of our Netsuite division, ensuring a seamless transition for our largest client and identifying opportunities for expansion. Successful candidate will be co-leading an existing team of bookkeepers as well as building out a team of Netsuite bookkeepers.

Maintain and enhance QuickBooks services for our existing client base, prioritizing efficiency and accuracy.

Utilize Karbon Practice Management Software to onboard clients, delegate tasks, and streamline workflows effectively.

Collaborate closely with our largest client undergoing the Netsuite transition, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process.

Work closely with owner to develop strategies to attract new clients seeking Netsuite bookkeeping services while leveraging Karbon’s capabilities to optimize client onboarding and service delivery.

Mentor and train team members on best practices in utilizing Karbon and other software tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Work closely with the firm’s owner, contributing to strategic decision-making and enhancing leadership capabilities.

Requirements:

Desire to drive change and be innovative.

Ability to communicate concisely and effectively. We love Loom videos and screenshots.

Proven experience in managing bookkeeping firms, with a successful track record of growth and client satisfaction.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Netsuite, with a deep understanding of their functionalities and best practices.

Familiarity with Karbon Practice Management Software and its applications in optimizing client onboarding and workflow management.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards common goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building strong client relationships.

Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and results.

Experience in client transition management and process optimization is advantageous.
