Job Description

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining our brand presence across various social media platforms. If you have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a knack for engaging audiences, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

– Manage and curate content for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok, and Pinterest.
– Develop a content calendar and schedule posts to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
– Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, photos, videos, and captions.
– Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and user engagement, and respond to comments and messages promptly.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand strategy and promotional campaigns.
– Conduct regular analysis of social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
– Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them to enhance our strategy.
– Part Time Work – 3 Days A Week/4 Hours Per Day
– Could Lead To Full Time Work As Company Grows

Requirements:

– Previous experience in social media management or content creation, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
– Proficient in using social media platforms and scheduling tools.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
– Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and engagement.
– Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– A passion for storytelling and creating compelling narratives through social media.
– Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive strategy.
– Availability to work part-time initially, with the potential for full-time hours as the business expands.
