We are looking for a part-time social media VA who is detail-oriented and witty, with the potential to go full-time.

We are a marketing company that works with English speakers and already have a team of 10+ high-performing individuals from the Philippines. Having a mastery of the English language is a requirement, and will be tested prior to hiring. We will start with relatively limited hours (20 hours per week to begin) with the opportunity for it to grow as our relationship develops.
Tasks will include:
– Creation of social media posts that are highly engaging
– Meeting deadlines to publish content on a regular basis on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Tiktok
– Reworking original content from the owner of the company to publish on other social media platforms
– Social media management, including our FB community of over 4,400 members
– Having engaging conversations with prospective clients on social media on our behalf
– Staying up to date with trends and what is working on social media
– Research projects

Requirements:
– Mastery of the English language (spoken and written)
– 1+ year of experience creating engaging social media posts in English
– A high level of curiosity
– Fast Internet connection
– Having a quiet environment to work
– A Windows 10 Laptop/PC or Mac (Apple) with at least i5/M1 chip or equivalent with 8GB RAM
Applicants should be well versed in using Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, familiar with ClickUp, adept with Canva, and have used LinkedIn Sales Navigator previously. Or, at the very least, be willing to learn how to use them =)
Communication Expectations:
– We use Slack as our primary communication tool.

– Monthly & quarterly meetings to establish our social media strategy
