Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor and Motion Graphic Designer who can produce a minimum of 5-10 new content pieces per week. The ideal candidate will be proficient in cutting and editing raw files provided by us, as well as sourcing organic videos through YouTube and other user-generated channels for use in advertisements. This role demands creativity, speed, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
– Produce 5-10 pieces of new content weekly, including cutting, editing, and assembling raw footage.
– Create engaging motion graphics and visual effects that complement the video content.
– Source and curate user-generated content from YouTube and other platforms for creative mashups and advertisements.
– Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and implement innovative ideas for video content.
– Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Video Editor and Motion Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
– Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
– Ability to source and curate content from various online platforms.
– Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the creative team.
– Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote or office setting.
– Openness to feedback and dedication to continuous improvement.
