Join my team as a Virtual Assistant supporting my busy Practice – I am a License and Board Certified Psychiatric Mental and Behavioral Health Provider. My Practice is growing, and I am seeking to expand in every aspect – This role requires a individual with exceptional organizational skills, dedications, strong communication and experienced as a Virtual Assistant Medica Office /Executive VA
– Social Media Manager / Website Manager/SEO
This position is divided into two main roles – 1- Virtual Assistant Medica Office /Executive VA and 2- Social Media Manager/Website Manager/SEO
Main responsibilities:
– Daily Tasks: data entry, online, chat, phone, and email support, insurance verification, scheduling
– Project base tasks: Social Media Post , Website update and post, SEO optimizing
Requirements:
Proven experience in executive support, social media management, and SEO.
Proficiency in relevant tools for scheduling, content creation, social media management, and SEO analytics.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote environment.
Must have the following.
• Technical Skills: email, online support, chat
o Must have a Very good to Excellent internet connection/speed.
o Must be able to use Video Call for meetings.
o Must have a very good to excellent computer system – good processing, memory, and CPU.
o Must be able to obtain a dedicated google voice phone number to place and receive calls.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
o English proficiency: C2(Advanced/Mastery) Spoken and written-
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.
• Compliance: Understanding and adherence to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.

*Must be willing to work in Eastern Time Zoon – and be available during 8am to 8pm EST
Following are preferred:
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms, and basic knowledge of medical billing procedures.
• Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a Plus, preferably in a mental health or psychiatric office is a plus not required
• Education: Certification or training in medical assisting, healthcare administration, or a related field is a plus not required
o Collage Digress is required – Bachelor is preferred.
Benefits:

– $3 – $5 per hr. weekly 40 – 50 hrs.
– Twice a year bounce – 25% to 50% of the monthly salary based on performance
– 30 days paid holiday per year – after one year of employment
