Job Description

**About Me:**
Hey there! I run a lively photography studio in Colorado, snapping professional headshots for local companies and creating awesome advertising photos and social media content for businesses around the world that sell products. My mission? To live the best life I can while serving others by helping them shine in their professional lives. It’s just me running the show, and I’m looking for a friendly, proactive person to be my right hand.

**Job Overview:**
Looking for a laid-back gig where you can make a real difference? As my Virtual Assistant, you’ll help with everything from managing emails and calendars to doing a bit of sales prospecting. You might even dabble in some basic photo editing if things get busy. Sound good? Read on!

**What You’ll Do:**
– Keep my inbox tidy by responding to emails and forwarding ones you can’t handle.
– Manage my calendar, set up appointments, and keep me on track.
– Research potential sales prospects and send personalized cold emails (don’t worry, I’ve got software to help).
– Help with some basic photo editing from time to time (only if you feel comfortable learning to do this. This one is definitely not a primary function or focus for the job.)
– Pitch in with other tasks as needed to keep things running smoothly.

**What You Need:**
– Top-notch English skills – you should write like a native speaker.
– Basic email and calendar management know-how.
– Super organized and detail oriented with great time management skills.
– Bonus points if you’ve done social media management or marketing.
– Any experience as a VA or in a similar role is great, but I’m open to all levels of experience.
– Most importantly, be willing to learn and adapt!

**Working Hours:**
– Flexible hours between 3 to 8 hours a day – whatever works for you.
– Part-time or full-time, I’m easy either way.
– Just make sure you’re logging your time properly.

**Pay & Perks:**
– Starting at $5 to $9 per hour based on qualifications, with room to increase up to $14 per hour within the first year based on performance and sales.
– Flexible schedule – work when it suits you. As long as you are getting in the number of hours we agree to most weeks I don’t have strong feelings about when those hours are worked.
– A chill boss who’s supportive and easy to talk to while still able to provide helpful feedback to help you grow in your role.

**My Vibe:**
– Open and friendly communication is key.
– I’m laid-back and understanding – life happens, and I get it.
– Hard work matters, but genuine effort matters more.
– Looking for someone friendly, growth minded, and ready to dive in and help out wherever needed.

**How to Apply:**
Think we’d be a good fit? Awesome! Here’s what to do:
1. Send over your resume.
2. Record a short video or audio message or write a brief intro telling me why you’d rock this job and share something fun about yourself that’s not work-related. I definitely want to know who you are as a person and how I can help you achieve the things you want in life!

Can’t wait to hear from you!
