Job Description

I am the CEO of a coaching business that helps parents of chronically ill children. I am searching for an incredible administrative VA to help my business grow. Email marketing and social media work will be required.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report through email, detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
2. Research possible podcasts that would be a good fit to have me as a guest.
3. Reach out to podcast hosts to schedule, book, and confirm recordings as a podcast guest.
4. Maintain an updated list of partner contacts in Google sheets.
5. Organize the emails that come in. Remove spam. Respond to email.
6. Assist with social media ads and content posting

In addition to having excellent English skills , you’ll need to use the applications listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
1. Web research using search engines like Google, IE, Bing, etc
2. Gmail and other email applications
3. Google Docs
4. Google Sheets
5. Communications apps like Zoom
6. Time management or time tracking software like TimeProof

I’m looking for someone who can grow with the company and rise from the ranks. If you have the following skills, this can help you:
1. Blog writing
2. Bookkeeping

I am invested in your success. You’ll go really far if you are:
– A fast learner
– A great communicator
– Excellent attention to detail

You will be working directly with the CEO.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, but brief daily check-in over Zoom (M-F) with the CEO to ensure good communication. Total hours per week=20
