* PAY AND HOURS *
(these are negotiable)

– The starting rate for this role will be between Php 210-310 per hour
– This position is available ASAP
– This is a long-term position
– Provisional Schedule: Any hours are fine with a minimum 4-hour overlap with UK working hours
– You will be available for at least: 40 hours per week
– We will pay you weekly
– You will get paid time off for vacations
– We offer end-of-year bonus (i.e. ’13 MONTH’ pay)
– We offer a competitive performance-related salary increase

* THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR *

As a Client Service and Messaging Lead, your primary responsibilities will be to manage our company comms and to nurture incoming leads using a structured messaging framework. You will be responsible for improving systems related to this role, including the development and optimisation of our helpdesk

Key Responsibilities:

• Messaging Management:
– Monitor and respond to client inquiries and messages across email, social media, and other messaging platforms promptly and professionally.
– Utilize a structured messaging framework to nurture leads and route them to our sales team.
– Ensure consistency and alignment with our brand voice and messaging guidelines.

• Helpdesk Development:
– Develop and maintain our helpdesk system to streamline client inquiries and issue resolution.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices and procedures for efficient client support.
– Analyze helpdesk data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing necessary changes to enhance the client support process.

• Client Satisfaction:
– Focus on delivering exceptional client service and ensuring client satisfaction at every interaction.
– Resolve client issues and concerns effectively, seeking to exceed their expectations.

• Team Collaboration:
– Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to provide valuable insights from client interactions and help improve our products and services.

As the Client Service and Messaging Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client experience by managing our client service inquiries, email communications, and social media messaging interactions.
