Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST, Monday to Friday (Part-Time or Full-Time with flexible schedule)

Job Description:
Are you a highly skilled and motivated Sales Closer looking for an exciting new opportunity? Do you have a knack for closing deals and a passion for sales? We are seeking an individual with exceptional English-speaking skills and little to no accent, capable of closing deals efficiently and effectively. While experience with real estate management companies is a plus, it is not a requirement. Familiarity with the GoHighLevel dialer is also a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:
Conduct cold and warm calls to real estate management companies, presenting and selling our services.
Utilize excellent communication and persuasion skills to close sales.
Follow up with leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Use GoHighLevel dialer for call management and tracking.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Closer with a successful track record.
Exceptional English speaking skills with clear, neutral accent.
Strong background in cold calling and warm calling.
Experience in selling services to real estate management companies is highly preferred.
Familiarity with the GoHighLevel dialer.
Ability to work EST time zone hours (9 AM – 5 PM) Monday through Friday, with flexibility.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
Professional training in sales techniques is a must.
