We are a dynamic e-commerce company focused on launching and growing successful e-commerce brands. After a two-year hiatus, we are back in the game and seeking an exceptional Virtual Assistant to support our Founder in executing daily tasks and responsibilities. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in building the new company from the ground up, working directly with the Founder to help drive our vision forward.

We are seeking a candidate with a complementary skill set to our Founder’s Consul personality type who can bring their problem-solving abilities, execution expertise, and understanding of company culture to the team. We are looking for someone who is ready to commit to a long-term relationship of 3+ years with our executive.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Assistant to the Founder, your responsibilities will span various areas such as marketing, operations, and hiring. You will work directly with the Founder, acting as their right hand in executing tasks and managing the team.

Key responsibilities include:
– Communicating effectively with customers via email and phone to resolve their inquiries
– Skillfully managing and overseeing the entire team
– Handling the recruitment and interview process for prospective candidates
– Possessing a strong passion for marketing and sales (a valuable asset)
– Inspiring and persuading team members to follow through and meet deadlines
– Launching new Shopify stores with ease and efficiency
– Adding fresh products to our Shopify stores, ensuring variety and appeal
– Crafting engaging product descriptions that entice potential buyers
– Developing solid SOPs and video training materials to reinforce robust business processes
– Conducting cold calls to explore new business development opportunities
– Maintaining the Founder’s Google Calendar and inbox for seamless organization
– Any other Adhoc queries

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
* Maintaining availability from Monday to Saturday for consistent support and collaboration
* Possessing reliable internet speed and equipment to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality service delivery
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Strong project management skills
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
* Strong research skills
* Strong ability to work well in a team
* Strong ability to work independently
* Strong ability to prioritize tasks
* Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
* Experience in hiring and interviewing candidates
* Proficiency in using Shopify and other e-commerce platforms
* High attention to detail and commitment to excellence
* Willingness to commit to a long-term role (3+ years)
