Are you ready to be a vital part of a thriving real estate team? We’re looking for someone with excellent spoken English and a knack for client communication. Your independent thinking, loyalty, and ability to adapt are key.

Experience with KVCore, Follow Up Boss, real estate transactions, MLS, and marketing is a plus.

In this role, you’ll work across various divisions, demonstrating your adaptability and innovative mindset. Familiarity with Microsoft products like MSTeams and Powerautomate is important, as we utilize these tools regularly.

Key Focus: Transaction Coordination

Your primary responsibility will be transaction coordination for bring a listing to market.

This includes bringing a home to market, managing MLS entries, and maintaining effective client communication, following up with agents for feedback.

Collaboration with our marketing department and ensuring smooth closing processes.

This role isn’t about having a set list of tasks. We have most of the processes documented and built out but its more than that.
