6. Discord Navigation: Navigate through Discord to communicate effectively with technicians and other team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

Excellent english communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to close leads and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in QuickBooks for invoicing.
Familiarity with Discord for team communication.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
