As we continue to grow and expand our client base, we are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Commission-Based Sales Associates.
**Position: Commission-Based Sales Associate**
**Location: Remote**
**Compensation: 12% Commission on Every Signed Client**
For reference, our cheapest service offer is $397
**Responsibilities:**
– Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and social media outreach.
– Educate potential clients on the importance of reputation management and the services we offer.
– Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ unique challenges and objectives.
– Present tailored solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
– Close deals and onboard new clients by guiding them through the signup process.
– Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
**Requirements:**
– Proven track record in sales, with a focus on consultative selling and relationship-building.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing and online reputation management.
– Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
– Prior experience in reputation management or related industries is a plus but not required.
