REGULAR TASKS:
MANAGEMENT, SYSTEMS SETUP, STRATEGY, QUALITY ASSURANCE, REPORTING of the following SDR TASKS:
Research/Vet Prospects:
– Researching vetting leads/prospects/contacts based on ICP
– Adding leads/prospects/contacts to specific lists in CRM & in Sales Nav:
–Clients, colleagues, companies hiring, previous colleagues from PPL, Referrals
–# contacts added/day
– Add Gina to LI groups as you vet prospects and see what LI groups they’re in
Creating and executing LI DM and Email Campaigns & updating in CRM/sales Nav:
– Expand Network’ Campaigns & ‘Nurture & Outreach’ Campaigns & ‘Follow Up’ Campaigns
–leads actively hiring, alumni of Rowan University, leads on maverick (who replied/ONR), PEAK community / SCORE mentors, competitors, etc
– Over time: planning and running tests (using different copies, CTA’s, freebies, etc.)
– # How to track/measure this?
Weekly Reporting:
– Report on metrics and performance (email marketing/LI performance updates and reports) in the weekly company meeting
present findings, recommendations, and insights in the weekly company meeting
– Present personal weekly action plan (intentions/goal for the week) in the weekly meeting (everyone will present theirs)
Strategic LI Engagement & update in CRM/sales Nav:
– Our posts
– LI Feed (popular posts)
– Active prospects/leads’ posts
– Clients’ posts
– Groups and communities
*PEAK community / SCORE mentors
*Add to groups so we have more connections
*Join networking groups with agencies
– Providing suggestions on what groups to post in and what specific posts to add value in (3-5 a week)
Sales Process Management & Documentation:
As we craft this lead gen/nurture system document the tasks (I’ll help) together based on the tasks and document the tasks for repetition and automation.
– Documenting success/lessons learned while building out this role/what messages work/which don’t
– Keep updated on the company brand guide
– Managing CRM and updating w/ notes and dates and setting reminders/automation to follow up (daily)
Continuing learning: (1-2 hrs/ week)
– Keep refining your craft. Improving CRM, introducing new tools, and setting up automation. Learn something new. Share what you learned on the TWB Community calls
– Keeping up with trends: i.e. email marketing spam settings, words to avoid, LI algorithm updates
Meetings & Strategy
– Weekly Company Meeting: a quick check on metrics from last week/share insights/ present action plan
– Weekly 1-1 Sales Strategy Meeting:
*you & I will have weekly meetings to discuss further any insights/ issues brought up in the weekly meeting
*inform and brainstorm on strategies regarding:
–Lead watering holes (sources of leads)
–Lead materials needed (based on conversations)
–Copy/messaging
–follow up methods
–Outreach methods (tweak based on what’s working)
Tagging strategy
–Informing content strategy (no need to do the content, just suggest)
–planning and running tests
Weekly Talent Without Borders Community Call (TWB)
– All our PH hires interact and engage live in Zoom for training
