Qualifications:
• Proven experience in client services, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus.
