Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer service emails, providing comprehensive and timely responses to customer needs.
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring quick and effective resolution of issues.
• Monitor and manage >>Facebook comments on our ads, engaging with our community and addressing questions or concerns.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features of our products or services.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a high level of organization.
• Familiarity with customer service tools such as Gorgias.
• Experience in managing social media comments and interactions, particularly on Facebook.
• High level of empathy and the ability to relate to customers’ needs and concerns.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive customer information securely.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a calm demeanor.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
