Position: Project Estimator Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm MST/MDT
Duration: Full-time (approx. 40 hours/week) or Part-time (20 hours/week)
Salary: Php32,000/month (around $4/hr), with potential raises for excellent performance

Ideal Candidate:
Passionate about construction processes including estimation, bidding, and quotation.
Familiar with material specs, especially in flooring.
A critical thinker who’s adept at solving problems.
Comfortable with architectural plans and Microsoft Office.
Has experience in construction or design estimation (a plus, but not required).
Holds a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Owns a PC/Laptop with a secondary monitor and is open to using Hubstaff.
Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.
Your Role:
Use MeasureSquare for material estimations and Fishbowl for quotations.
Ensure the timely completion of projects.
Assist in finalizing design boards.
Communicate with suppliers and customers as needed (we provide the US phone software and number).
Participate in daily video meetings to stay connected and informed.
