Join our team as a VA / Social Media Manager, Photo & Video Editor

I’m looking for a full-time virtual assistant (8h/day) with extensive experience in content creation, social media management, photo editing, and video editing (mostly for SoMe), to join our team.

My company based in Norway, specialises in photography, video production, content creation for Social Media, managing SoMe for other companies, writing blog posts for other companies, and optimising websites for SEO.

As a part of our team you will:
– Create and edit photos and videos from the content you will get from us
(tools: Lightroom, DaVinci/Premiere Pro, InShot, Instagram, TikTok),

– Create graphics using Canva or Photoshop,

– Manage Social Media
(planning, writing texts with AI assistance, creating graphics with AI assistance or in Canva, interacting with followers, etc.)

– Collaborate with other team members,

– Follow instructions, plan and monitor projects/actions

– Report daily work progress,

– Maintain communication with the team and clients,

We hope for you who have:
– Knowledge of how to use online tools such as Google Calendar, Loom, Google Meets, etc.
– Is Open to grow and strive for continuous improvement, learning new tools and how to work smart
– Experience in content creation, social media management, photo editing, and video editing

– Ability to work with AI and automation tools (chatGPT, MidJourney, etc)
– High work ethic, motivation, and honesty
– Organizational and project management skills
– Computer, phone with a good internet connection

– Availability for 8 hours a day (European time ZONE),
– Not in business/employee relationship with other companies or attending school
– High level of English proficiency (written and spoken)
– Openness to creativity, initiative, and proactivity

The recruitment process consists of 3 stages.

– After first selection I will contact you to meet via Google Meets.
– If the conversation will go well, I will give you some test tasks to proceed.
– Then after selection I will meet the best people for the second interview, to explain the second assessment. Based on which we will choose our new team mate.

SALARY:
We offer a starting salary of $2.5/h for the first month, $3/h for the next 2 months, and then $3.5/h. This rate is not final and may increase depending on engagement, achievements, and your attitude / results.

– Experience related to SEO optimisation and blog writing is a plus.
– We expect the candidate to stay up-to-date with market trends, technologies, and tools related to the industry, including AI,
– You can work from anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet access and availability of 8h / day.
– We can consider to hire you for 4h/day or 6h/day if that would be your max capacity.
