Role Overview:
As a Product Sourcer, you will be instrumental in identifying and acquiring top-quality products for our store. We value efficiency, accuracy, and market expertise in our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and source high-demand products that align with our store’s strategy and customer needs.
Analyze market trends and prices to ensure competitive offerings.
Work closely with our procurement and marketing teams to streamline the sourcing process.
Minimum Requirements:
At least one year of experience in product sourcing specifically for .
Excellent research, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work full-time and exclusively with us (use of time-tracking software will be required).
Must be proactive, diligent, and possess a strong ethical foundation.

Salary & Benefits:
A starting salary of Php37,500 per month, potentially higher than industry standards.
Opportunities for profit sharing and incentives after a probationary period.
Paid trials, offering a daily rate equivalent to the monthly salary, to ensure fair compensation from day one.
