Your Key Responsibilities:
– Managing the email inbox of Berado, ensuring all customer communications are handled promptly and professionally.
– Overseeing and moderating social media comment sections, engaging with our community, and maintaining a positive brand image.
– Monitoring and improving our review scores through strategic customer engagement.
– Hiring, training, and managing new customer service team members as the business scales.
– Collaborating with other departments to streamline customer service processes and resolve issues effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
– Proven experience in a senior customer service role, with a track record of setting up and optimizing customer service systems.
– Strong leadership skills and experience in building and managing a customer service team.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
– Excellent organizational and team management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with exceptional communication skills.
– Experience with Shopify and Gorgias.
Job Details:
This is a full-time position.
Starting 5$ hourly rate, with additional performance-based bonuses.
