We’re looking for an eCommerce Manager to help our small but growing company manage and improve our online stores. We supply products to dermatologists and spas, with a mix of business-to-business and direct-to-consumer sales. If you’re ready to bring your skills to a dynamic team, read on!
What You’ll Do:
– Manage our online stores, including adding, updating, and removing products.
– Enhance product details, content, and images.
– Build and optimize webpages and product collections.
– Conduct keyword research and optimize product pages for SEO.
– Create and update website pages, banners, and promotions.
– Troubleshoot website and customer tech issues.
– Generate basic analytics reports.
Tools You’ll Use:
– Big Commerce and ShopifyPlus for eCommerce
– Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Microsoft Excel for office tasks
– Canva, Affinity, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools
– Trello, Teams, or Notion for project management
– MS Teams and Google Meet for communication
Nice-to-Have Skills:
– Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console
– Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT

Working Hours and Compensation:
– 20 hours per week
– $5-$7 per hour
– Monday to Friday – between 9am to 5pm Eastern Timezone
